본당 설립 50주년 기도문

          이민의 고달픔 속에서도 한민족의 소중한 전통을 지키며
          모국어 미사를 봉헌하는 신앙 공동체로 살도록 허락하신
          성부와 성자와 성령의 삼위일체 하느님은 찬미 받으소서.

          한없는 은총에 힘입어 하느님 찬미하고 이웃사랑 실천하며
          사랑의 공동체 신명나는 공동체로 반세기를 살도록 허락하신
          성부와 성자와 성령의 삼위일체 하느님은 찬미 받으소서.

          본당 설립 50주년과 본당 활성화 사업을 준비하며
          당신 은총에 오롯이 응답하지 못한 과거를 통회하고
          신앙 열정으로 불타던 칼리지파크의 첫 마음을 되새겨
          올니 성전에서 한 마음으로 희년을 준비하고자 합니다.

          주님의 도움 없이는 아무것도 할 수 없는 저희이기에
          마르지 않는 거룩한 생명의 샘이신 성령을 보내주시어
          워싱턴 한인천주교회가 복음의 기쁨으로 충만케 하소서.

          그리하여 복음말씀과 순교정신으로 무장한 저희 공동체가
          하느님께 영광을 드리고 지역 사회에 복음을 전파하고
          후손에게 이곳 성전과 순교정신을 유산으로 물려주며
          이땅에서 예수님의 살아있는 증거자가 되게 하소서.
          주님이신 예수 그리스도를 통하여 비나이다 아멘.

50th Anniversary of the Parish Prayer

Praise be to the Holy Trinity - the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit,
Who have granted us a pious community that celebrates the Mass in Korean,
While preserving the Korean tradition, even amidst difficulties of immigration.

Praise be to the Holy Trinity - the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit,
Who have granted us a pious community that is filled with charity and delight,
While praising God, and loving neighbors encouraged by Your endless grace.

Preparing for the 50th anniversary and to revitalize our parish community,
We deeply felt penitence on our past of not fully responding to Your grace.
We aspire to prepare for the jubilee with one mind at the Olney Church,
While remembering the passion and the first love at the College Park Church.

Please send forth the Holy Spirit, the ever-flowing fountain of living waters.
Let St. Andrew Kim Catholic Church be fulfilled with the joy of the Gospel,
Since we are powerless without Your help and grace, Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Please let our community, armed with the spirit of the Gospel and martyrdom,
Glorify God, spread the Gospel in our local society, pass down this church
And the spirit of martyrdom as a pious legacy to our descendants,
And be a witness of Jesus Christ in this world. Through Christ Our Lord. Amen.
